I thought that this environment should be maintained for a while. So I thought that today we will make our favourite luchi and white potato curry for snacks. Although it is very common but everyone's favourite snack. This snack is very popular in any function house of Bengalis.Everyone, young and old, likes it very much. Ingredients of White Potato Curry:
Boiled potatoes = 4 (I took)
Asafoetida powder
raw chilli
Tomato = 1 (medium size)
How I made it:
First, cut the potatoes and boiled them lightly. Then I put 2 spoons of mustard oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add Panch phoron and dry chillies, along with a little asafoetida powder. After that, I put the boiled potatoes in the pan, and after that, I crushed the tomatoes and put them in the pan. Then I added enough salt, and a little sugar, then I gave enough water after stirring well. I added 1 cup of water, and 2/3 of the raw chili I pressed it for a while. If it boils well, it will be seen that the curry has thickened. Then I turned off the gas and kept it for a while and then served it.
