Today I'm going to share a simple recipe with you. You know I have a different inclination towards cooking, just tell me why most girls are like that. Tell me from your mother or somewhere else. As you know, I love cooking. I find joy in it. So I thought I'd share my favorite recipes with you. If you like it, my joy will be doubled. 

I was thinking about what to do with bread or parotta every day, just then I saw that one of my Facebook friends had cooked this, I also tried the recipe, it was very good and it was so easy to say what to say, so I shared this simple recipe with you. You can do it just like me. 


Potato Curry Recipe


The name of this dish is potatoes. The following ingredients are needed for cooking:

Potatoes: 500 gm 

Onion: 2/3 (chopped)

Ginger paste: 1/2 teaspoon 

Garlic paste: 1/2 teaspoon 

Salt: To taste 

Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon 

Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon 

Chili flakes: 1/2 teaspoon 

Kashmiri chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon 

Ginger paste: 1/2 teaspoon 

Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon 

Warm water: 1/2 cup 

Green chilies: 4/5 (as required)

Potato Curry Recipe


Let me tell you how to cook this simple recipe:-
First peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, and then boil them in water.
Heat 3/4 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
Lightly fry the onions. Here the onion will not be fried much, so if the onion becomes a little soft, then add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
If someone does not want to eat garlic, then you can skip the garlic. Once the potatoes are cooked well, drain the water. This dish should be cooked on low heat.
Stir at 2/3 minute intervals, remember not to add any water. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Add 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon of amchoor powder and 3/4 teaspoon of whole raw chillies. Add all the spices and mix well. Don't forget to add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Serve with chopped coriander.
